My Ultrasound of Abdomen mentions MODERATE INFILTRATION OF FAT IN LIVER. Test being advised by physician due to upper Stomach discomfort. and tiredness Does this need any medical attention?

No need for any medications just do some physical activity Take diet low in fats Use rice bran oils and olive oils And take food in small quantities in frequent intervals
