Moderate differentiated cell carcinoma
My father has to face some problem in his throat more than 6-8 months. Dr. Tushar Kanti Ghosh found a mass in right vocal cord. And he is doing glottic lesser surgery on 7th March 2018. Biopsy report:
MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION : Sections from right vocal cord mass lesion shows histological features of moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. Tumor cells are
arranged in nests and cords. Adjoining areas show inflammatory cell infiltration.

we need to see the CT Scan reports..if it's stage I or II , Laser surgery is good enough with clean margins as long term results in voice are no different in Laser or radiation..but if it's stage III , then it depends on multiple factor to go for RT or surgery....for stage IV, most of the cases will need open surgery with adjuvant radiation or chemoradiation

If you father has a good voice right now, radiation would help more than surgery. From your information, it looks like early glottic cancer. Though I would like to view all reports before suggesting radiation, I might suggest you meet a radiation oncologist in your city
