Wait for another few days and if you still dont get your period, do a urine pregnancy test toruleout pregnancy. If its negative, i would suggest blood workup and an ultrasound to rule out any other causes

Cycle length of 35-37 days is normal. If it extends beyond it there are various factors affecting. If it's the first time happening it could be stress related .But once you get your periods you can always consult a Gynaecologist for detailed evaluation
Next Steps
visit a Gynaecologist once you get your periods

A cycle length more than 37 days is abnormal Since you had your last periods on 4th of November you are advised to wait 11th of December If you are sure that there is no pregnancy you can wait If no period by 11th of December you will require a medicine to help you get your periods and investigations to find out the reason for the delay
