Hi doc, I use to have regular 28 day cycle and I missed my period by 2 days but is not having any pregnancy symptoms, like implantation bleeding, nausea, light Headedness etc. I will do urin test after 3-4 more days. As I read people use to have these symptoms always as early sign of pregnancy but I don't have anything like this. Please suggest are these symptoms need to be there for everyone Or it varies person to person

These days we don't diagnose pregnancy by the symptoms you have enumerated. That is done in mediocre Hindi Movies. Please get your urine pregnancy test done when you are by 5 days at least.

Wait for 7 days after missing date. Then check for pregnancy. Symptoms can be objective.
