Bad odour could be because of poor hygiene
Clean pubic hair avoid synthetic undergarments washes and toilet paper
If you are taking dronis p from day one of the periods you cannot be pregnant
Looks like you have started taking dronis wrongly that's the reason for the missed period
Once you stop taking dronis you should get your periods if you are not pregnant

If the pill was taken regularly then chances of pregnancy is very less.
