Miscarriage.Teratozoospermia husband

I had 3 miscarriages all within 6 weeks.all my tests are normal. Karyotyping is normal. My hysteroscopy is normal. Husband is diagnosed with Astheno Teratozoospermia. Is it the cause for miscarriages?
