Married 16 months ago. tested +ve for pregnancy 2 months after marriage & on the 45th day it resulted in miscarriage. 3 months later i was pregnant again which lasted for 16 weeks and later it resulted in spontaneous expulsion of fetus at home with severe cramping, d&c, irregularperiod.Now on duphaston. Please advice

You need to be investigated for cervical incompetence which could have resulted because of the 1st abortion. consult your gynaecologist as various other tests need to be done for investigating the cause of recurrent abortion. investigations need to be done before getting pregnant.
