Can vitamin B12 and D3 deficiency causes miscarriage or recurrent miscarriage in first trimester? doc please suggest. after 2 missed abortions my doc has advised me following blood tests Hemogram BSL Thyroid profile B12 D3 I am vegetarian and I have B12 deficiency. please suggest what should I do?
