No this will not lead to weight gain How much is the endometrial thickness You first need a biopsy to find out the reason for the endometrial hyperplasia

Mirena is a very good option for treatment of endometrial hyperplasia or thickness associated with heavy bleeding... There may be slight weight gain but that is negligible.. with proper exercise n healthy lifestyle weight gain won't happen
