No..U need hormonal therapy..You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. If you have androgenic alopecia go for Minoxidil 5% it will definitely help you. But if you have any nonspecific hair loss go for a good hair serum or hair tincture. Dermaroller if used judiciously it's safe
