Milk secretion during pregnancy
Hi Doctor, My wife is nearing her due date on mid of june. But she is very much worried about milk secretion as it doesn't started till now. Is this normal? When will the milk secretion starts? Kindly advise.

Why do you think milk secretion will start in pregnancy? It starts after the birth of baby and with baby suckling only as that’s the stimulation for the hormone prolactin which causes milk synthesis

Yes, its completely ok if you haven't started having milk secretions close to delivery.
Few do start secretions before delivery, however many start so only while they go through the delivery process or once baby starts feeding. It gets well established about 3 days post delivery.
All such variations are normal.
