Miliary TB

Kindly suggest that miliary TB is treatable or not??? The TB has spread to lungs, spine and initiated in brain. But lumber puncture shows no trace of bacteria. Also, the main thing is sputum test is negative. CT scan shows miliary TB and so does the symptoms. Kindly suggest I am looking for a second opinion.
