Hi Doctor,
I have issues with nose blockage, runny nose, too much cough even if I swallow I can feel it. Whether it's summer, winter or rainy season. If I come in contact with direct air (somewhat cold) then I used to have a cold. Even if I take a bath with cold water during summer also, it happens. I usually cover my face when I sleep directly under the fan or in front of the cooler even in the AC, I used to have a runny nose. Whenever I woke up in the morning under the fan I used to sneeze.
I have had coughs and cold issues since childhood, so not sure exactly how many years I am dealing with. I tried medication multiple times, till I was on medication I felt good then I stopped taking it and again the same issue.
I have attached a CT scan report too. Please check let me know how to get rid of all these issues.

CT scan report shows a deviated septum and mild sinusitis.
The symptoms described above are leaning more towards an allergic pathology. The bouts of sneezing on getting up in the morning and runny nose are some of the characteristic features of allergic rhinitis.
You should visit an ENT specialist and get yourself treated for the allergic symptoms.
If there is significant deviation of the septum causing severe nasal obstruction...Endoscopic Septoplasty Surgery is the way to go. It will give you great relief

CT scan shows deviated septum and turbinate hypertrophy, which if significant needs to be corrected by surgery
About recurrent cold/cough may be you have allergic rhinitis, take precautions, wear masks, avoid stepping out in windy days,keep windows closed wherever possible,use vacuum cleaners
