I usually feel mild sensation all over my head and due to this it became hard to focus and sometimes i feel dizzyness and probably blurred vision.it starts with tightening of muscles in the encircled area of the given photo.tightening comes around both the ears. It has started 2.5 years ago.i have met   physicians, neurologist and at last maxillofacial surgeon. After meeting maxillofacial surgeon he suggested me to remove the wisdom teeth and i have done it one of the side, and i am planning to remove from the other side also, but after removing from a side i don't feel any improvemnet in the side of removed teeth.because of this i feel demotivated and i think that i won't recover from this. Please suggest me what to do to get rid of this weard feeling.thankyou!!

Is your dizziness accompanied by headache and nausea. What is the nature of you job if you are working and what is the time spent on computer if you are a student. If your dental and ENT IS CLEAR. I would suggest a detailed consultation. It can be cluster headache or migraine.
