I am having mild pain in right testicle since 2 weeks, with coldpack I have relief but how long this will take to recover. Do I need any medication? There is no swelling on scrotum. But small lump in groin area which is painless. Is it a critical condition?

Wear scrotal support during day time. Take any analgesic, if pain is more. If lump in groin area, increase in size or become painful, consult a surgeon.
