There was an injury when lifting the person from down to upwards attached mri for the reference I would like to know it's partial or complete tear. Suggest the treatment plan please Also found mild gap between right shoulder and biceps arm muscle

According to report and ur symptoms , u may need local steroid injection and physiotherapy for improvement of pain as 1st line treatment .
