Now She is 45Kg Weight, Her Family had no heart related problems ( only father is 6 feet height), 2 years back had pre term 33 week child, From 2 years she is the only manage baby and family, Sep 2021 had first dose of covaxin after that she had some pain in left and backside of heart and some blood clot patches in body, contacting physician he said there is no problem this is infection only, after 1 week heart rate increased (around 130) suddenly one time, we go to another physician he told do blood test and blood test are normal. General physician told this is Gilbert syndrome take beta blockers life time ( metalour X-25), can we take or not (echo reports are enclosed), is any side effects from beta blockers for child and wife, is any alternative is there in ayurveda for lifetime medicine.

Need details. AML prolapse is just an incidental finding here. Better to consult a physician rather tgan a cardiologist.
