I have been trying to conceive since 4 months and on with clomid .. now i got mild abdominal pain since one week as i m expecting period in coming 3 days . So am i pregnent now ? and i have taken paracetmol by mistakely instead of iron tablet , is it ok or anything danger . please reply me thank you
