Currently under fever antibiotics prescribed by the GP but wanted to know can this lead to covid anyway? General fever symptoms with no loss of taste/smell.

Any fever in current scenario is considered as covid until proved otherwise. There r no specific symptoms of covid ,only symptoms is fever which is constant
