Mild fever (below 100 F) for two month

Fever detected two months back.. local unregistered practitioners treated with inj Ceftriaxone, cefotaxime, gentamicin, dexàmethasone (as per details given by village practitioners) e.t.c. Earlier local market test shown Widal positive, no malaria, Hb- 11.4. No improvement then moved to Block market doctors, they started ATT (four oral pills). Still no changes.. continuing fever below 100 F generally in evening, no loose motion, no nausea vomiting, no burning in urination, lesser appetite, no significant change in weight. Fresh tests.. cbc- WNL,only TLC- 2.53, urine Test/me.. NAD, mp Widal.. Negative, moutaux and TV gold.. negative, CXR, usg abd- NAD, Kindly suggest the further investigation, or suspected diagnosis Thanks
