Mild COVID symptoms
Hi I have following problems from last 3 days-
-Mild fever 99-100 daily, after taking dolo it gets ok but today afternoon again 99.8 temp.
-Headache and backache continue from last 3 days and sometimes pain in other body parts.
-abdomen pain on and off.
-soar throat but no cough and no running nose
What should I do, can it be COVID symptoms.
