I have mild cold and cough so I take montair lc which give me relief but today I feel sore throat MY RTPCR IS NEGATIVE Should I go for antibiotic or not and which antibiotic ? I m on antidepressants already

Tab nicip plus (1-0-1)3days. Tab azithral500mg (1-0-0)before food.5days. Tab pan d 40mg (1-0-1)before food. Syr ambrolite s 3ml-3ml-3ml one week.
