Migrane issue
My mother is suffering from a severe head pain. We had done an x-ray during a consultation with a doctor and as per the report on of the vein providing blood to the brain is pressed( don't know the proper term for this) so there blood flow is not proper causing head pain. Is it migrane or anything else. Please suggest

Migraine is not caused by reduced blood flow to the brain but the arteries carry excess blood to the brain which leads to pain and other symptoms. Also not all headaches are migraine.
An Xray can never show you a compressed artery.

So you may have understood it wrong or it has been wrongly explained to you...
As far as migraine is concerned it is a vascular headache and there are no major structural changes found even in advanced radiological investigations..
