Headache due to migraine is different from that due to sinusitis. Again both may happen in same person also. Migraine headache is usually one sided , associated with light sensitivity, sound sensitivity and nausea , vomiting etc. Treatment for migraine is available , it may be required to take medicines if headache severe and frequent. Sinus headache may aggravate migraine. General life style modifications like adequate sleep , hydration, reducing screen use will help in reducing migraine. Correcting anemia is also recommended.
