Dear Friend,
I am Dr. Anamay from Chennai.
One bit of information that is missing in the informationt that you have provided about your self is the kind of work you do.
Sometimes migraine is triggered if you are working on computers for long hours. Aslo if you are having food with long gaps in between, you are likely to have headache.
Please get a CT PNS and MRI of brain to rule out any organic couse, if these two reports are normal, then probably you will need lifestyle changes, physical excercise and few medicine for a good controll of your problem.
