Migraine headache in pregnancy

I am 6 months pregnant and almost always getting migraine attacks. After afternoon nap it always gets triggered. I have migraine before and sleeping after my lunch triggering it much. I am worried, is too much migraine cause complications in pregnancy ongoing. How can I manage this.

Migraine won't complicate pregnancy. Please stick only to paracetamol. Do not take any other medicines. Migraine can be triggered due to certain smells, empty stomach.
