I'm having sudden headache I do have migraine and I do have thyroid and pcod issues please guide me

I agree with my colleague. If u have already history of migrainous headaches ,could be migraine  attack but if any change in severity, duration or any new issues,then need to rule out secondary causes. Relaxation exercises Meditation Hydration Avoid any triggers if u have like strong smells, sleep deprvation, stressors,any addiction ,excess coffee,tea ,cool drinks etc..

Acute Migraine headache can be treated by tab naxdom 500 mg as and when required. Prophylactic medicine only when headache ia frequent
