Tab. Rizact 10 mg, twice daily, for 1day.(and use a tablet only when headache is severe) Tab. Naxdom (500/10) , daily two, after food x 3 days and review. Tab. Sibelium 10 mg, daily one in night for 1 month (fur prevention of migraine) and review.
