Microcytic hypochromic blood picture

Hello, I have a past history of sarcoidosis and also have thalassemia beta minor. Recently my blood report shows erythrocytosis and esr of 39 and crp is normal. So what is erythrocytosis and is the high esr relayed to it?

High ESR can be due to a lot of long standing conditions. So, maybe. Erythrocytosis is increase in the Red blood cell count.
