Microcytic Hypochromic Anaemia
I am experiencing symptoms like continuous dizziness (even at rest), blackouts, shortness of breath, headaches. These symptoms exaggerated when i leave my resting position and start moving.
I have rule out heart disease with the cardiologists with 2D echo and NT Pro BNP. No abnormality is found.
Only my CBC report says Low MCV, MCH count with high RDW and Elevated RBC count.
Today i have given blood to the lab to test Serum Iron Profile, Serum Ferritin & CBC.
Is this a life threatening condition? Should I rush to the hospital right now? I am having dizziness even at rest.
