Sir my mother had back pain and microalbumin is 91 do it mean any kidney problem and she also diagnosed with diabetes

She has a normal serum creatinine level. So no issues. Have a good glycemic control with medication, she should be fine. Meanwhile check her blood pressure as well. Keep in regular follow up with a physician.
