Do metal implant get loose 3 months after surgery ? What will be the symptoms if loosen? Can i do physiotherapy with pain in hand at fracture site?

Metal implants like nail or plates do not loosen beacuse of the screws and bolts. K-wires may get loose as they are smooth and hold only the bone cortices. Symptoms of loosening: 1. Motion around the implant. 2. Shortening or elongation of k-wires. 3. Motion at fracture site. 4. Radiological evidence of loosening.
