Mesentric lymphadenopathy
Hi my son 7 year old boy is diagnosed with mesentric lymphadenopathy.one doctor is suggesting to use antibiotics and the other doctor suggested not to use antibiotics.please advise
what to do? His symptoms are only stomach pain
