Give yourself time and space. Try to engage yourself in work. Talk to people. Try to avoid being lonely.
Gradually things will line in place. We don't have delete buttons in our mind which can delete our sad or bad memories.
Therefore you have to give time to yourself so that memories fade on their own. Do not try to fight them out.
