Severe mental stress making me to break objects near me . Getting angry on anyone.. I'm working as an accountant in a private company... can't even able to concentrate works.... it seems no one is aadjusting for me...

I would suggest you to see a counselor. Temporarily google breathing techniques for anxiety and practice it whenever you start to get frustrated or irritated or you feel that your anger is starting to take over. Meditation for 15mins daily would really help alot. This will give took results from the first day itself.
