Hi things which u should do first is change ur sleep pattern if u wil sleep during day then u can't sleep in night dats normal and it can happen to anyone so u shoukd first change ur sleep. Regarding internet addiction u should try to reduce it slowly evryday the hours u consume on it u should start slow first reduce by 5 min then 10 min then 15min then go on like dat and if u still cant do dese things ur self visit a psychiatrist dats tge onky thing then u can do
