I'm a student and I have to study long hours but in a hour I get frustrated and cannot study further and remember that Somebody recommend me swarnyukt brahmi for memory and mental power Is that good medicine ??

Always have a break at every 20 minutes. Do your most favourite hobby that can be done in 5- 10 minutes. Or a small chat with family. Stretching exercises,music dance. You will get definitely relief. Don't get stressed over what are to be studied. Study thorough the present so that it won't look unfamiliar at another look. Or if you don't like to take even a minute. You can make a fast revision on another subject or topic. If you get stressed that you forgot the other topic which you took for revision. Then never try to recall in the break time. Only read short notes you have made or read the portion you often forget. Usually never suggest a medicine. Still you can have either Manasamithravataka with hot milk (just 30ml needed) Or Sumenta, one tab daily, remember only tab. Take care that your complaint doesn't need a medicine. Once you are obsessed with medicine you could never overcome the complaint. As you will go for higher dose or better medicine. If you insist only take those medicine.
