Hi my brother suffering mental issues last 10 days..he is not sleeping.taking alprax 0.5 mg mix with food not working.because he is not shallow medicine..is it safe to mix medicine in food.. another medicine can you suggest for deep sleep.suggest please..

Sir a person who can swallow food can as well swallow medicine. Please take him to psychiatrist as long term Alprax use can lead to dependence and withdrawal. Also focus on treating mental health issues, rather then concentrating on sleep. Sleep will improve once mental health issues improve.
