Hello doctors iam chaitanya 28yrs old now since last few months ism feeling very nervous and stressed. Iam crying and shouted at my family members for silly reasons iam not controlled my anger and after ism crying. Iam overthinking my future and kids i dont know what happened to me . Firstly iam not sharing any matter to husband also bez nobody understands . Even normal fever or injuries during playing ism reacting over emotion and i cant controlled my mind pls doctor i request you pls what happened to me still ism not consulting any doctor for current situation
