I am 25 years old working in It Industry. I am not able to cope up with my work personal life and family. Sometimes i feel like leaving everything. I am trying hard to maintain everything but whenever I'm not able to do that i feel like I'm worthless. Everyone is able to progress but i feel like my progress is stuck somewhere. I couldn't sleep properly. I talked in my office so that i can take a long leave but they are asking for a medical certificate. I don't know if there is a medical certificate facility available in this mental health field. Looking for guidance

Mental health is a valid concern, and seeking support is a positive step. In the mental health field, medical certificates are typically provided by healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, or general practitioners. It would be beneficial for you to schedule an appointment with a mental health professional who can assess your situation, provide appropriate guidance, and issue a medical certificate if required. Discuss your feelings of worthlessness, stress, and difficulties in balancing work, personal life, and family during the appointment. Mental health professionals are trained to help individuals navigate such challenges and provide the necessary documentation to support their leave from work. Consider being in therapy as well, it will help you navigate through your situation in a healthy manner. Prioritizing your mental health is crucial, and seeking professional assistance is a commendable decision.
