My periods is 28 days cycle and very regular. My periods stops for few hours in the night during sleeping position. When i get up in the morning and sit / walk, periods starts and normal flow. Why does it stop during sleeping position? Anything to be worried about? (My ultrasound report is normal )

Nothing stops , it is just that in day you are active and you notice the flow .At night the blood may not seep into the pad but it is there

What do you mean by "periods stop and they start again"? You wear a pad at night and you check it in the morning (unless you have excessive bleeding and you have to change the pad at night) . How do you know that during the night, sometimes the period stops and starts again?
