MC is not occured since last three months and i am having pain with bleeding also and back pain also sometimes i feel like fainting

At your age, it is normal to get irregular menses. But if you have heavy bleeding and pain with passage of clots, you need to consult a Gynecologist to undergo a ultrasound and few blood tests followed by appropriate treatment.
