My cycle is always on time. The only problem is the amount of the amount of charms / blood are very low. It only stays for one single day, from 2nd day onwards it is very less. I want to know if there is any medicine to normalize the same. I am 32+. I hope this is not the sign of menopausal transition. If so, what is the process to recover the same. I am unmarried. Please help.

If you are getting regular periods and get normal flow for even 1 or 2 days that's ok . Nothing to worry . But if you feel that flow is even less than that then you need to consult a Gynae and get proper advice

Dear Practo user, Get Serum TSH done and visit Gynaecologist. At times, lack of Thyroid hormones may be responsible for less menstruation.
