Menopause Related
I have been suffering from menopause for 2.5 years. After so many checkups, blood and urine check ups, changing doctors. My bleeding is not stopping. In winters, it's too difficult for me to survive. In all these things I have also been suffering from thyroid symptoms. The doctor always said to me that everything is fine in your body after check-up.
Symptoms: Body and face swelling, Itching on body, Platelets down, weakness.
Kindly please suggest some remedies or medicine to survive out of this problem.
