I had meno pause it's been 5 to 6 years now. Now I am seeing little white discharge some time.is it something to worry?

Yes. It is a cause for concern. You should get your sonography of the lower abdomen done and consult with a Gynaecologist in your area. You definitely need a speculum examination and Pap smear examination. Further investigations and management will depend on the findings.
