Key question is whether the ramp lesion is stable or unstable. Small, stable lesion heal without surgery. recovery may take around 3- 6 months depending on the lesion. Unstable lesions need repair MRI cannot decide whether the lesion is stable or unstable. Diagnostic arthroscopy is gold standard
Next Steps
If there is no symptomatic recovery after 6 weeks better to do diagnostic arthroscopy and proceed further

If you have instability in the affected knee then it is better to go for operative management rather than conservative management. Conservative management can take long duration for healing (approx 6 months or even more).
