Hi.my daughter is more than 2years it is necessary or compulsory to give meningococcal vaccines ?because it is not available near by hospitals.what are benifits and side effects for this.

It prevents meningococcal infections, severe form of which is a lifethreatening disease....so ur child shd receive this vaccine if cost is not a problem...
