My mother suffers with meningioma some 6 year s back we done MRI scanning and today it's more that 6 years shall she have to go MRI scanning again please help and suggestion

Recent mri brain with contrast has to be done to see whether the rumour has regrown or not ? Has she taken radiotherapy after surgery ? What was the pathology report ?
