I am a 20 year old female and recently I have forgotten my uncle's name and my own dog's name when someone has asked me what their names are. I have always had a bad memory when it comes to appointments, phone numbers, tasks that needed to be done, etc. But it's embarrassing to forget very obvious facts that I should know. Should I be concerned about not remembering these things? What are some reasons I could be having these memory spells?

First of all whether were u been able to remember their names later?? If u could do it, then don't worry Also keep in check whether, these issues coming more frequently. Then only we need more tests.ok
