It is likely you are getting overly stressed and are experiencing these symptoms as a result. Try taking breaks and find ways to understand what you are trying to memorise as opposed to rote learn it. If there are issues with your concentration that aren’t improving, you may need to consult a professional

It seems like you're experiencing some difficulties with focusing and concentration while memorizing and recalling information. Here are some tips that may help you improve your study and memorization techniques: Create a Quiet and Distraction-Free Environment: Find a quiet place to study where you can concentrate without interruptions. Minimize distractions like noise, social media, or other electronic devices. Break Information into Smaller Chunks: Instead of trying to memorize a large portion of text all at once, break the information into smaller, manageable chunks. This technique, known as chunking, can make it easier for your brain to process and remember the material. Use Active Learning Techniques: Engage with the material actively instead of passively reading it. Summarize the information in your own words, create flashcards, or teach the concepts to someone else. These activities reinforce your memory and understanding.

Hello I understand your concern From the brief history you've provided it seems your mind is distracted and you're not able to concentrate, that's why your eyes don't look at textbooks. This lack of concentration has a lot of causes which need to be assessed thoroughly before any treatment can be initiated. Please consult for the detailed evaluation.
